Dissolve-It-All — serrapeptase and nattokinase, taken away from food
A systemic enzyme blend in a phthalate-free enteric capsule. The timing instruction is the mechanism, not a suggestion.

What it is
A systemic enzyme blend containing serrapeptase and nattokinase, in an enteric capsule stated to be phthalate-free.
Why people consider it
Systemic enzymes are a distinct category from digestive enzymes, and the difference is about where they are meant to act.
Digestive enzymes work in the gut, on your meal. Systemic enzymes are intended to be absorbed and act elsewhere, which is why they are taken away from food — a meal in the stomach gives them something to work on and they never get past it.
Serrapeptase and nattokinase are both proteolytic enzymes with reasonably long histories of use and a research literature of their own. People generally arrive at this category having read about one of them specifically.
What makes this one worth a look
Two formulation points that are real rather than marketing.
The enteric coating is functionally necessary here, not a premium feature. These enzymes are proteins, and stomach acid is very good at destroying proteins. Without an enteric coating, substantially less survives to be absorbed. That this one specifies a phthalate-free coating material is a genuine detail — phthalates are a reasonable thing to prefer to avoid, and most products do not say either way.
The usage instruction is specific and published: empty stomach, 8 to 10 oz of water, at least twenty minutes before food or two hours after, not combined with other supplements. That precision is useful, and it is unusual — most products in this category say “take as directed”.
What is missing is activity units. Serrapeptase is measured in SPU and nattokinase in FU, and neither is published, which means you cannot compare this against another brand on strength. That is the one number worth asking for.

Dissolve-It-All (Systemic Enzymes) — $60 for 90 capsules, about $0.67 each. At one capsule a day, that is the daily cost too.
Who it may suit
- You specifically want serrapeptase and nattokinase and would rather have them combined than buy two products.
- You can reliably take something on an empty stomach, away from other supplements.
- You care about capsule composition — the enteric coating here is stated as phthalate-free.
Less of a fit if…
- You take blood-thinning medication of any kind. See the note at the top of this page.
- You want digestive support with meals. That is Digest-It-All, and it is taken the opposite way.
- You will not remember the timing. Taken with food, this product does not do what it is for.
- You want to compare enzyme strength against another brand. No activity units are published.

| F | Our view: the timing instruction on this product is the mechanism rather than a suggestion, and taking it with a meal wastes the capsule. | Our editorial view | Editorial assessment Our view: this is our editorial judgement, not a finding. |
